Referees

Please provide the names and addresses of two referees who have agreed to support your application. Both your referees should be able to confirm your association with Perthshire. Referee 1 should be one of your most recent secondary school teachers. Referee 2 can be a teacher also, but other referees (which are preferred) might be your employer, youth organisation leader, religious leader, etc. but NOT a family member or other relative. If Referee 2 is a teacher please use the School Address (including the name of the school) as for Referee 1. Check the example application form if necessary - do NOT repeat information such as Town or Post Code within an address, and check your preview before pre-submitting.

Please ask permission from your referees, inform them that you have applied for a Glasgow Perthshire Bursary and that we will write to them immediately upon receipt of your hard copy application, asking them to complete a short on-line form by 15th June.

I confirm that the above has agreed to act as a referee and will respond to a reference request by 15th June

Next Steps

You have three options:

  1. Save Draft - Save your application as a draft, even if not all fields are complete. Each time you save a draft, up to 3 previous versions will be kept as backups. Version 0 is the most recent backup, Version 2 is the oldest. You are advised to save your work regularly. REMEMBER, once saved as a draft, you can sign out and come back later to carry on from where you left off.
  2. Review before Submit... - Check your application before finalising it to create a PDF version for printing, signing, and sending to the Society. If you spot errors in the preview, you can return to the form to make corrections. If your form is incomplete or contains detectable errors you will NOT be shown the preview.
  3. Go To Sign Out... - Sign out (remember to save your draft application first).
